Michelle Shores, RN., MSN, MBA-HC, CEN, SANE-A, SANE-P is a forensic nurse examiner in Riverside County and the Program Director for Forensic Health Services in San Diego County 
Malinda Wheeler​
Treasurer
Malinda is past member on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Forensic Nurses, Forensic Nurse Certification Board and is Founding President of the So. California Chapter of IAFN.
Hillary Larkin
​Vice President
Hillary Larkin, PA-C is the Lead Physician Assistant and the Clinical Director of Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Services at Alameda Health System.
Yvonne Bennett
​Secretary 
Yvonne Bennett is the Program Manager of the Sexual Assault and Forensic Evaluation (SAFE) Clinic at Riverside University Health System Medical Center.
Sheree Goldman
Membership Chair
Sheree Goldman, DNP, is a nurse practitioner and sexual assault forensic examiner. She has served as the Sexual Assault Response Team program coordinator for Monterey County since the year 2000. Sheree is certified as a SANE-A and SANE-P by the Forensic Nursing Certification Board.
Kim Walker
Board Member
Kim Walker graduated from San Jose State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and specialized in high-risk obstetrics. She worked 10 years in the Labor and Delivery and Neonatal ICU departments at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Jacqueline Winters-Hall
​Board Member
Jacqueline is the Sexual Assault Forensic Examination Team Coordinator and a Forensic Nurse Examiner at Enloe Medical Center, a level II trauma center in Butte County, California.
Angela Vickers
​Board Member
Dr. Vickers is a Board Certified child abuse pediatrician. She is currently the Medical Director of the BEAR Program at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento.

Jessica Dodge
​Board Member
Jessica Thayer Dodge is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She is trained as both an Adult and Pediatric Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE). She is the Clinical Forensic Manager of the Rape Treatment Center at the San Francisco Department of Public Health.
Jessica Marques
​Associate Board Member
Jessica is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) and a trained forensic interviewer. She is the Clinical Forensic Manager of the Child and Adolescent Support, Advocacy and Resource center (CASARC) at the San Francisco Department on Public Health.
Elizabeth Tighe
​Associate Board Member
Tish (Elizabeth) Tighe is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington, Seattle and her Post Master Nurse Practitioner and 25 years of experience as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) working at the Raper Treatment Center (RTC), UCLA Health System, Santa Monica, CA since 1999.

Joy Hardt
Communication Director
Joy Hardt, MA, BSN, RN, SANE-A, is a Forensic Healthcare Coordinator and a forensic nurse examiner in San Diego County. Joy graduted with her bachelor's degree in nursing in 2007 was honorably discharged from the United Stated Navy Nurse Corps in 2014. The bulk of her nursing experience has been in women's health, though she has also worked in pediatric and adult mental health units and served during a deployment as one of four nurses providing care to US Service Members and other foreign nationals in an Emergency Medical Facility in Djibouti.
Destine Teves Borrego
​​Legislative Committee Navigator 
Destine is a sexual assault nurse examiner and the HIV PEP Coordinator with Forensic Nurse Specialists. She was the Manager of the Health Education Department at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties. She Served as a Youth Lobbyist for the League of Women Voters Orange County where she received a Certificate of Recognition for her grassroots advocacy efforts from Senator Barbara Boxer. 
Assaam Farheidar

Assaam Farheidar is a junior at San Diego State University. He is majoring in Business Administration. He is experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Muse, and HTML.
